Description
According to researchers, our growth hormone production is reduced by about 15% each decade after we reach the ripe age of 30. This means that by 50, you’re already down by 30%. With the blend of CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin, your growth hormone production will increase. Why take them as a blend? This has more to do with how they work. Each one affects your growth hormone production through different avenues allowing the largest boost in growth hormone possible. Paradigm Peptides manufactures blended CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin for sale at the highest quality and potency available
This popular blend of Ipamorelin and CJC 1295 from Paradigm Peptides is ideal in achieving higher levels of growth hormone. Our product comes with 5 mg of each lyophilized peptide for a total of 10mg per vial.
Why Combine CJC 1295 & Ipamorelin?
The combination creates results like increased lean muscle mass, greater strength, better muscle recovery, all while decreasing body fat and improving your overall energy. In addition to these benefits, many have even reported better sleep, improved moods, and a better functioning immune system.
Most results start to show within a few weeks of use. Within the first week you many already begin to notice a better quality of sleep which in turn becomes more restful instead of restless. By the second week, it is common to notice a faster recovery time after hitting the gym, by the fourth week you’ll have noticed better mental clarity and improved skin elasticity.
Although you may be thinking that both peptides do the exact same thing, so it seems a bit redundant to use both at the same time, they each complete their job in different manners. For example, while Ipamorelin stimulates the production as well as the release of growth hormone through binding to ghrelin receptors; CJC 1295 actually binds to growth hormone releasing hormone receptors. So, yes they do essentially complete the same job; however, by combining both a more profound effect is more likely to happen.
Overall Benefits:
- Lean Muscle Mass
- Improved Muscle Recovery
- Increased Strength
- Decreased Body Fat
- Improved Energy
- Improved Sleep
- Improved Moods
- Improved Immune System
What is CJC 1295?
CJC 1295 which is also known as drug affinity complex: growth hormone-releasing factor (DAC: GRF), is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). It also happens to be a growth hormone secretagogue, meaning that it acts as a secretion inducer for growth hormone. This particular peptide was developed by ConjuChem Biotechnologies, a medical biotech company that is based out of Quebec, Canada.
CJC 1295 is known to increase plasma growth hormone as well as insulin like growth factor one within both animals and humans. The peptide is known to have a half-life of roughly six to eight hours and through the administration of multiple doses insulin like growth factor one, or IGF-1 for short, was found to remain elevated for up to twenty eight days. The initial research and trials into CJC 1295 were to investigate it as a treatment for lipodystrophy and growth hormone deficiency.
What is Ipamorelin?
Ipamorelin, whose developmental code name is NNC 26-0161, is a peptide selective agonist of the ghrelin or growth hormone secretagogue receptor and is considered to be a growth hormone secretagogue. This means that it binds to the ghrelin or growth hormone secretion receptors and produces more growth hormone through a biological response.
Like CJC 1295, Ipamorelin has been proven to increase plasma growth hormone (GH) levels as well as stimulate body weight gain. Ipamorelin does not affect prolactin, follicle stimulating hormone, thyroid stimulating hormone, or luteinizing hormone. It was originally developed by Novo Nordisk, a Danish multinational company, and then once it started phase II trials, Helsinn Therapeutics took over and tested it for the treatment of postoperative ileus. This is a condition in which there is a disruption of normal propulsive ability in the intestines.
For those that may not know, prolactin is in charge of helping women create breast milk; follicle stimulating hormone is a polypeptide that regulates development, pubertal maturation, reproductive processes and growth; luteinizing hormone is in charge of ovulation in women and in men it is in charge of Leydig cell production of testosterone; finally, thyroid stimulating hormone is in charge of producing thyroxin and triiodothyronine that stimulates the metabolism.
How to Use CJC 1295 Ipamorelin
Like most peptides, CJC Ipamorelin is best and most commonly taken as a subcutaneous injection. This type of injection is not like the flu shot that penetrates the muscle; rather, it is an injection that occurs under the skin without penetrating the muscle.
For this particular combination of CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin, it is suggested that it is best to administer the dose towards the evening hours as that is when your body naturally creates and secretes its own growth hormone. The most common dose being 300mcg per day or 0.3mg. At this dose, antiaging properties are most noticeable.
CJC 1295 Ipamorelin Side Effects
Side effects usually associated with CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin are mild in nature and can include things like headaches, dizziness, drowsiness, and flushing. Typically, these side effects don’t persist once your body is used to the peptides. However, if they do not go away with time it is advised to seek medical attention with your doctor.
